Near the North Station you will find Elan, the sandwich bar where you can also go for soup, snacks, pasta, a dish of the day and dessert. Or pop in for a Fair Trade coffee or the juice of the week. The emphasis is on vegetables and freshness, but carnivores also get their money's worth. The sources of inspiration for our flavoured offerings are the seasons and the countries of origin of our staff.

You go for sustainability
Elan is Groot Eiland's no nonsense work experience project for Brussels residents who are far from the labour market. Our staff receive in-depth kitchen training and also go out of their way to provide catering and deliveries of all kinds. Creative street and finger food, colourful buffets and lust-inducing walking dinners have become the trademark for a loyal clientele.
Key concepts in our operation are short chain, seasonal dishes and Zero Waste.
